QM Consultancy has an Onshore-Offshore working model. Company has experience of working with and managing offshore teams, plus it has its own dedicated offshore development center as well. This model has many benefits like flexibility of working hours, availability of team beyond normal working hours and diversity of skills. IT also helps reduce the overall cost of solution. Onshore (UK/EU) PM

The person is responsible for managing the project, handling the client and guiding the onshore technical team leader. It is his/her responsibility to look after the client’s requirements and also get the solution delivered. Onshore PM also interacts with offshore PM for communicating the requirements and modules to be developed by offshore team

Onshore (UK/EU) Team Leader

This person is the technical team leader for onshore technical team. He/she interacts with Onshore PM frequently and Offshore PM on need basis. His responsibility is to understand the business requirements and translate them into a technical solution through development team members residing onshore.

Offshore PM

The person is responsible for managing that part of project/modules which have been outsourced to offshore team. Offshore PM primarily interacts with onshore PM for clarification of requirements. He/she also coordinates with offshore technical team leader frequently for communicating the requirements and other domain/technical issues. He manages the whole team in general as well. Offshore PM may also interact occasionally with onshore technical team leader and also with the client for better understanding of requirements and clarification of issues.

Offshore Team Leader

This person is the technical team leader for offshore technical team. He/she interacts with offshore PM frequently. His responsibility is to understand the business requirements outsourced to offshore team and translate them into a technical solution through development team members residing offshore.
